I was really looking forward to this because so far all the fish dishes have been exceptional so I was sure this would be the same. Unfortunately I found it very dry and didn't finish it. I've decided to avoid the cooked salmon dishes because of this. But maybe I was just unlucky since everyone else gave it 5 stars...

Such delightful and generous portion of salmon that was slightly charred. Rare finish, which looked exactly like the photo on the website.
