Convenience!

I am a teacher and we all use NT at our school regularly. It's so convenient not having to make packed/cooked lunches.
I love the variety of meals and it makes me eat more fish, which is a positive.

I usually choose small balanced, although I would like a little bit more carbs, ie, rice etc.
I understand it keeps the calorie count down but sometimes; particularly with rice, it is a tiny amount.

I am not really counting calories, but as a teacher, I do it for the convenience and know that we have a clean, nutrious meal to keep me going.
