Citrus Glazed Sous Vide Chicken Breastwith Steamed Green Vegetables

The chicken was tender and the vegetables were cooked well...... until recently.

Chicken had a weird taste and vegetables seemed to be overcooked.

I think the glaze with its bitter aftertaste makes me not a fan of this dish.

I enjoy this dish, the chicken is cooked beautifully and there are plenty of vegetables.

Too fruity and not match with chicken
Chicken is very tender
