Smoked Duck & Bulgur Salad With Orange Dressing

honestly the bulgar wheat with mixed greens part isn't too flavorful, but it pairs well with the smoked duck breast and orange sauce and overall makes a really nice salad. especially a fan of the orange sauce - it gives a nice sweetness to an otherwise very savory (because of the duck) meal. the lettuce on the side is also a nice touch, as it gives more texture.
