How does delivery work?
Our minimum order is a 5 days package with 2 meals per day consecutively Monday to Friday.
Delivery time is also subject to change with respect to the situation and traffic condition. Normal delivery hours are 5:30am - 08:30am Monday to Friday.
When using our services to order food delivery, you are receiving the services of a self-employed (independent contractor) delivery driver/runner.
No deliveries during public holidays.
Can I choose the time of my delivery?
Delivery time is subject to change with respect to the situation and traffic condition. Normal delivery hours are 5:30am - 08:30am Monday to Friday.

Can I have my order delivered to multiple addresses during the same week?
We could deliver to different addresses within the week, but please let us know at [email protected] or phone number at 5192 1292 in advance.
Can I order less than 2 meals a day?
Minimum order is a 5 days package with 2 meals per day. We do not cater for customise orders e.g. which days to have meals or not or PAYG packages.
Can I skip delivery days?
Please reach out to our Customer Support team before placing your order to confirm which days you'd like to receive meals. We are able to offer some flexibility, depending on the length of package you select.
Where does the food come from?
At NK, we have our own production kitchen. This gives us full control on our meals, ranging from sourcing, preparation and cooking. Our meals are prepared in a state of the art kitchen by chefs trained professionally in technique and hygiene.
What about diet or allergy requirement?

How does the cancellation policy work?
Cancellations or changes for meals must be made the week before. The cut-off time for changes or cancellations is Friday 12pm.
Can I cancel my meal on certain days before I order ?

- No cancellation is allowed after the cut off time and No refund will be given after the cut off time.
- No changes to meals are allowed after the cut off time
- Our company reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion for any reason. Full refund will be given to orders cancelled by our company.
