For your first full week, you choose the meal times you want (breakfast, lunch, dinner, or any combination) and your plan. The specific dishes are selected for you. For more choice, reach out to us at info@nutritionkitchenhk.com. From week 2 onwards, you'll be able to choose your specific meals directly in your account.
If you don't select meals before Friday 12pm, we'll use your default meal choices from your initial order. You'll still get a great week of food. To stay in control, set a reminder for Thursday evening each week to make your selections.
You can pause your subscription in your account at any time before Friday 12pm. No charge while you're away. Resume whenever you're back.
