Nutrition Kitchen HK offers freshly prepared, nutritious food with a clear breakdown of the macronutrients of each meal, delivered to your office or home every morning (Monday-Friday).


A) Ordering and Payment


All ordering is executed online at or by email. Customers are billed directly on the website and CPJ International Ltd will be the name of the company that appears on the payment records (bank statements).


B) Delivery


Minimum food order for delivery is different across areas and Nutrition Kitchen HK reserve the right to apply a delivery charge on all food delivery orders.

$40 delivery fee per day will be charged for orders in Discovery Bay.
$100 delivery fee per day will be charged for orders in The Peak.
Please note that we do NOT deliver to NT.

Delivery time is also subject to change with respect to the situation and traffic condition. Normal delivery time is 6:00 am-10:00 am

When using our services to order food delivery, you are receiving the services of a self-employed (independent contractor) delivery driver/ runner.


C) Change and Cancellation Policy


If you are requesting to cancel or change your order that is being process, you must contact us before the weekly cut-off time (11:30am Friday) or we will not accept any change or cancellations. Prior change and cancellations are at our discretion and a refund of the total price of any cancelled order will be transferred back to the PayPal account or credit card that was used to place the order. There will be $100 admin fee for any cancellations.

 D) Opening Hours


Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Any emails/inquiries outside these hours will receive a response within the next business day.


D) Typhoon and Black Rain Warnings


As you know during summer in HK, the weather can be quite uncertain. Please find below our policies in regards to typhoon or black rain warnings.

T8/Black Rain between 6:00am – 12:00pm:
– No delivery during this period
– Will deliver after warning is lifted (2:00pm – 5:00pm)
T8/Black Rain All Day:
– No delivery during this period
– Will deliver the following day (both days)Please let us know if you need to provide an alternate delivery address in case T8/Black Rain is still present by 6:00 am



Before you order:
  1. Please make sure the starting date of the package and the meals option are correct as we may not be able to change the order after it is placed.
  2. Please let us know your diet requirement or allergy in the remark box.
  3. If you need to receive the food at certain time, please contact us to discuss before placing the order.
  4. We could deliver to different addresses within the week, but please let us know in advance.


Food and Delivery:
  1. Minimum order is a 5 days package with 2 meals per day.
  2. All our food are ready to be consumed and customers are recommended to reheat according to own preference.
  3. We are using bio-degradable meal boxes and recycled paper bags.
  4. Our low carb meals are mostly gluten free.
  5. We operate on every weekday (besides Public Holiday) and we deliver in every morning.(7:00 am-11:00 am) Delivery time is different across areas and it could vary.


Will I get results from Nutrition Kitchen?

Depending on your goals our certified personal trainers can recommend the ideal plan for you.  Our meals are designed to be satiating and nutrient dense meaning that you will help retain lean tissue whilst keeping hunger at bay.


Where does the food come from?

Nutrition Kitchen has partnered with Swire restaurants to prepare and source our food. Nutrition Kitchen meals are prepared in a state of the art Central kitchen by chefs trained professionally in technique and hygiene.


What kind of food do you offer?

As you can see by our menus we offer a wide range of cuisines from Western to Indian food. Our philosophy is that the key to sustaining a balanced macro nutrient diet is to keep it fun and exciting. Nobody wants to live off of chicken breast and steamed vegetables forever.


Can I modify the dish to accommodate my allergies and food preferences?

We try our best accommodate food modification requests and whenever possible will arrange it for you. In the event we can’t remove a certain ingredient from a dish then you can double up on another meal that day. Please let us know if your request is based on an allergy or simply a preference.

Please be aware that certain ingredients are integral to the dish and we will be unable to remove them.
