Have you tried to eat healthily in the past? What were the challenges?
I had tried eating healthy in the past but it was always a challenge. I had no time to prepare the meals and I didn’t have many food options.
Before starting Nutrition Kitchen I was eating fast food out of convenience and I had put on quite a bit of weight. I certainly wasn’t eating healthy food
What was it that you wanted to achieve with Nutrition Kitchen?
I wanted to lose weight for my fight by eating healthily. I’ve never dieted in a healthy, sustainable way so I wanted to try something new. For my previous fights, I’ve cut weight in a very unhealthy way, doing things like dehydrating and totally excluding salt and carbs before weigh in.
What package did you purchase?
I used the Regular Low Carb plan and found that I was dropping weight effortlessly yet I wasn’t starving myself. I really enjoyed the variety of meals that I received and the fact I was getting something different every day. The meals were very filling, tasty and saved me a lot of time allowing me to be healthy despite my busy Hong Kong lifestyle.
Have there been any lasting effects? Has your approach to nutrition changed?
My body actually feels very healthy and this whole experience has definitely has definitely changed my approach to nutrition. Before I didn’t think nutrition was that important
I would definitely recommend Nutrition Kitchen to all my friends because the meals are very healthy and different every day, save time as you don’t have to worry about preparing it.
