Nutrition Kitchen was born of the desire to help our clients attain better results.

As personal trainers, we had grown increasingly frustrated by the lack of food preparation options available for our clients.

We wanted a service that delivered freshly prepared, nutritious food with a clear breakdown of the macronutrient content of each meal. What we found were various services offering up “clean” and healthy food but with no clear breakdown of nutritional content, or services that promised accuracy but on closer inspection merely paid lip service to precise macronutrient portioning and were simply adjusting portion sizes by eye with no weighing of ingredients and no attention to detail.

We partnered with Swire's Hotel and Restaurant Kitchen to take advantage of their state of the art production facility which means that we can be creative with our dishes and use a wide variety of food preparation techniques. We can cure ham in-house, we mince the beef ourselves from lean rump, we cook our Salmon and Pork sous-vide so that they remain moist even after reheating.

We Provide A Clear Macronutrient Breakdown Of Each Meal On The Packaging.

The keys to a successful nutrition plan are compliance and consistency.

One of the things that can make a diet plan more sustainable is variety. With over 80 unique dishes in our Six Week Menu Cycle, you would be hard-pressed to find a more varied and exciting meal plan.

Our different options aim to cater to a broad spectrum of clients. We've served our meals to IFC bankers and UFC fighters with equally successful outcomes. We've deliberately kept our calories towards the lower end, while ensuring that protein levels remain high. This ensures that our meals will be filling and satiating and will support lean body mass. The lower calorie level recognizes that most of our clients will be eating out at some point during the week.

We provide you with a foundational plan that allows you the flexibility to attend a client lunch or a family dinner.

We don’t want to dictate or constrain; we only want to help you to be the healthiest, leanest, most productive version of yourself.
